Summary: Support for the French localisation of PuttPutt-TT

Initial Comment:
I own the game : Pouce Pouce voyage à travers le temps.
This is an official french translation for Putt-Putt
goes through time.
Scummvm 0.90 do not detect the game at all.

But if i rename my included files :
pouce.he0 -> PuttTTT.HE0
pouce.he1 -> PuttTTT.HE1
pouce.he2 -> PuttTTT.HE2
pouce.he4 -> PuttTTT.HE4
The game works perfectly :-) :-)
