Summary: README: some fixes

Initial Comment:
- changed "zLib" to "zlib", since that's the way it is put on www.zlib.net

- typos ("Cocktel" vision anyone?)

- move "talkspeed" section in 5.1 cmdline parameters around to match output of scummvm --help

- mention possibility to set non-English DIG and COMI to English text
- changed "rescumm" to "extract_scumm_mac"
- added ' around tool filenames for consistency

there are two things I wasn't sure about so I didn't include them (yet):

- README says filenames must be all uppercase or all lowercase - afaik that's not the case anymore - remove that section?

- scummvm --help mentions a "debugflags" parameters which is not present in the README - add it?
