Initial Comment:
Here's a patch that implements FR #1858611 - "LURE: scroll lists using mouse scrollwheel". I decided not to submit it, as I'm not the engine maintainer and we're currently in a code freeze :)

Mouse wheel scrolling works with the save and load dialogs, but not with the menus - the menu items are too few, so in my opinion the mouse wheel won't help a lot there.
