Initial Comment:
ran the README through a spellchecker, made terms consistent (soundfont VS SoundFont; harddisk vs harddrive), some grammar

added BASS and BS1 in the TODO section about games where the language change changes the whole game language, not sure if there are any more, so I kept the TODO in

I also noted the debian instructions still mention "CVS" - is that intended? (it's in a TODO section anyway)
