Summary: CD tracks don't loop in ScummVM DS port

Initial Comment:
Ripped background music tracks that are supposed to loop endlessly, like the music in the SCUMM Bar or at Stan's does play only once. This bug is in the 0.9.1 release and in the latest svn of the DS port (I didn't check any other version). A patch for the bug is attached.
