Initial Comment:
* Add project "drascula" with appropriate dependencies
* Fix compilation of ScummVM to not require modification to backends/sdl/sdl.cpp (somehow, the entrypoint of WinMainCRTStartup had gotten removed)
* Update project "lure" to remove old debug files and add  sound/fight code.
