Initial Comment:
This patch extends the number of save slots from 12 to 100, while trying to maintain the look and feel of the original Sarien dialog.

The up/down key behaves a bit different from before. Instead of "wrapping around" to the top/bottom of the list, the list scrolls. (Keyboard repeat would be nice, but is beyond the scope of this patch.)

You can scroll the list one page at a time with Page Up/Down, or one line at a time with the mouse scroll wheel.

There is a primitive scrollbar. Clicking on the scrollbar arrows is equivalent to using the up/down key and clicking on the bar is equivalent to Page Up/Down. Scrollbar dragging is not implemented.
