Summary: WII: IR-Mouse halting at screen edges

Initial Comment:
I have noticed this using rev 33789 (0-12-0). I am not able to use any other version at the moment.

It is quite tricky to use the IR-mouse near the edges of the screen (not to mention corners). If you point outside the valid area (accidently), the mouse cursor just stays at the latest valid position.

This may sound as correct behaviour at first, however it's not what you would expect when you are used to a common mouse or "official" Nintendo IR-mouse control. Usually if you point outside the screen horizontally you can still move the mouse cursor vertically and vice versa.

To simulate this behaviour, one could stretch the mouse pointing area a bit larger than the actual screen, cropping invalid values per dimension. I did that using the Wiimote with Windows and it just went fine. Official Wii software seems to use the same trick.
