Summary: CinE savegame fix

Initial Comment:
Ugly hack to load both original and ScummVM 0.10.0 savegames. Original savegames will always work, 0.10.0 savegames might be incorrectly treated as original under very special conditions that can't happen in unmodified games.

New savegames are saved in the original format.
