Initial Comment:
v11.1 wince package will not run on windows mobile 6.1 (windows CE 5.2). It gives the error "scummvm is not a valid pocket pc application".

Older versions (v9.1 & v10.0) will run just fine. So I suspect this regression comes from a duff compiler (according to the wiki cegcc was used for v11, but v9/10 were Visual Studio / VLC GCC).
