Initial Comment:
Here's a patch for the English language strings.
I discussed with md5 about grammar changes. Its probably best to fix the text strings so they are correct and make sense. I also fixed spelling errors,
This is just a quick run through of the staticdata.h file to sort out any glaring errors, However it 'SHOULD' allow the game to make a little more sense when being played.

I still need to run through a small handful of english strings as some will require me to re-translate them from spanish.
