Initial Comment:
I'm using the italian patched version of Kyra1 with ScummVM 0.12 under WinXP.
After left the game in idle state for 40 or more minutes, when I return the game hanged and the console started to display an endless sequence of:

MidiParser::hangingNote(): Exceeded polyphony

The game location was the altar with the golden plate on it.
