Summary: Broken Sword 2 PSX Support

Initial Comment:
This patch adds support for Broken Sword 2 PSX port to the "sword2" ScummVM engine.
Also, it adds support for GMM saving and loading to the engine, because PSX version sports a Playstation specific menu which was problematic to implement (probably uses psx 3d hardware).
I have tested and successfully completed both PSX and PC version with this patch applied, using a linux build on amd64.
PSX version has some minor graphical glitches in a few foreground sprites wider than ~300 pixels (these are probably disabled by original psx interpreter, still have to check).

CREDITS.TXT
RESOURCE.TAB
STR video cutscenes are not supported.

The patch is generated after svn revision 39869.
