Summary: GUI: Sorting of output rates

Initial Comment:
The sorting of the output rates in the Audio tab is strange (22 kHz > 8 kHz > 11 kHz > 44 kHz > 48 kHz). In my opinion it should be sorted by increasing or decreasing rates, which means the user will find more quickly the rates he is looking for.

I suspect the current sorting is supposed to be by increasing rates except the recommended one at the top. I think it only achieves to be confusing. If you have a recommended one, just add at the top a <default> entry like you have for the other combo box selectors.
