Inherit the earth - Italian Disk version (fan translation)

I use ITE_FLOPPY_eng2ita_v1.2d.exe patch file, and and original English ITE files.
After the patch is done, the patched ite.rsc file size is 8905108 (and not 8905102)
The md5 value is same as detection_tables.h value, but the file size is different.
