while searching for further version information I stumbled upon this site:
http://www.sqeagz.com/passigar/ - a quite exhaustive list of sci games with version information and file-crcs, alas in crc32, not md5 - probably the best list of official sci-game-information yet, as it has more games/versions listed than scummvm-wiki
