Summary: SCI: Missing typing aids

Initial Comment:
In all SCI games, from KQ4 to the SCI32 games, there are two nice features when typing text (parser, save dialog...):

1) Key autorepeat, i.e. pressing "a" for a few seconds results in "aaaaaa" (particularly useful with backspace);
2) Hitting CTRL-C clears the text box (huge time-saver when naming new saves).

These features seem to be missing from the current implementation of the SCI engine.
