Summary: libtheora and libpng are required though they shouldn't

Initial Comment:
I disabled engine in create_msvc (selected only stable engines), but still getting error 
Error	7	fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'libtheora_static.lib'	scummvm
further investigation shows that libpng is also present as required dependency in the project files. it has to be optional, doesn't it?
