Summary: Hoyle 3: Credits don't appear during intro

Initial Comment:
During the intro, you first see "Hoyle Volume III" in a large rectangle centered the screen.  When it disappears, the black rectangle is supposed to have scrolling credits.

This is with rev 51344, Hoyle 3 PC.
