There are actually two issues (together with item #3106542 three :-) ) in this room regarding the bubbles animation.

1) The bubbles are NOT drawn at all when ego is in line of the bubbles (say when he is in their way). Then they just won't be drawn at all.
2) The buubles shouldn't pop out of the plug hole and "roll" over the floor instantly and only, rather should they fly around being pushed in the air and coming down again, just like normal bubbles do. Alas that is not the case. It's as if them bubbles are too heavy to fly :-)
