Hello,

I have tried running monkey island 2 on android, and couldn't pass through the copy protection screen.

There is some code in scumm.cpp regarding monkey2 copy protection, but for some reason it is commented (seems like historical reasons...)

The attached patch makes monkey2 respect the copy_protection variable. Please apply it.
