Summary: AMIGAOS4: Adding COPYING.BSD and new Icon

Initial Comment:
The attached diff is for adding the new COPYING.BSD to AmigaOS4 target and removing the filename extensions ".txt" from all other text files. AmigaOS got inbuilt filetype recognition.

I will also attach a new icon which is now in UNsnapshotted state.
This will set it on other users computers to the next free spot from the top left instead at a fixed position somewhere on the screen
