Summary: OpenGL doesn't snap to window edges

Initial Comment:
I recently updated from a long previous daily build of ScummVM which had OpenGL graphics settings available, only to find out that while ingame, OpenGL Conserve (the graphics mode that I use) no longer snaps the furthest border of the window to the edges of the game screen.

When I posted about this on the forums, it was told to me that such an ability doesn't work well on various platforms and that I should perhaps open a bug report for it to be implemented (perhaps as a selectable settings option) for the Windows version of ScummVM. I really do feel that this ability needs to be implemented in order to have a true professional feel to the interface. Otherwise, it just feels lacking when I resize the screen in windowed mode and have to tinker with removing varying degrees of pillarboxing.
