Its a bug report for a Russian SQ4 FDD version, translated by T&J Soft. 
Thus unofficial, this translation has all copyprotection features, thus I hope it would be eligible to bugfixes... 
It is also the first, the best and the only russian translation of SQ4 (FDD version).

A script bug occurs when trying to escape time-police in Scate-o-rama (upper right part of dome). Occurs when a tp is on screen and you try to escape from him, or he shoots.
