Summary: PPC port: screen corruption when hiding toolbar

Initial Comment:
When hiding the toolbar/virtual keyboard the bottom portion of the screen disappeared. The screen stretches a little, but it doesn't fill up all the display space: the lower part of it is not visible because is missing (a black band appears instead). Also, when tapping on the display the cursor is positioned in the wrong position (higher rispect to the tap position).
If you show the toolbar again all become normal again.

This happens with every game I tried.

The issue happens with version 1.3.0 and the unofficial 1.2.0.
The old version v1.1.1 does not have this issue, and shows all the screen when hiding the toolbar.

PocketPc HP iPAQ h2200 running Windows CE 4.2 italian

I have attached a screenshot: the toolbar is not visible and the screen is corrupted; note the position of the cursor: I have tapped on the disk icon.
