Summary: Patriarchs Crown disappears

Initial Comment:
When following these steps, the crown of the patriarch disappears which makes the game uncompleteable:

- enter the bedroom of patriarch
- get the swords from the hidden cabinet (savegame 006)
- put sword in carving to reveal the crown
- take crown
- try to leave the bedroom (Quinn will tell you he needs to distract the guard before he can take the crown with him, he will put it back)
- leave the bedroom
- return to the bedroom (savegame 007)

After following these steps, the crown is gone... the game cannot be completed.
