Initial Comment:
When doing a CTRL-F5 from inside the game, saving is allowed in slot 0. It is not allowed to delete this save.
Saving from the in-game menu says saving in slot 0 is now allowed so I guess it shouldn't be allowed from the CTRL-F5 menu.
