Summary: Mouseclick on release of touchscreen option?

Initial Comment:
Is it possible to have an option to make mouse clicks occur on "tap up" rather than "tap down" on touchscreen devices?  As it is, VGA SCI games are very frustrating to play, as the mouse cursor can't be easily dragged to the top of the screen without clicking.
