 The current Android version of ScummVM (just updated from the Android
 Store; 1.9.0 (Oct 15 2016 23:18:12)) has moved the Menu function to the
 Back button, so there is no longer an option for skipping. Also, "Mixed
 AdLib/MIDI mode" no longer switches settings to Touchpad mode.
