 Can you please give more details:
 - Version of the game (Original / Masterpiece)
 - Language of the game
 - What you do to trigger the crash. The game seems to be playing a video
 when it crashes. Do you know what video it is?

 Also please make sure the game files were copied from the CD without
 error.
