folder as the full MM C64 game.

 I have three disk dumps in the same folder, maniac1.d64, maniac2.d64 and
 maniacdemo.d64.

 When I add them via the Mass Add feature, I get two distinct entries
 added.

 If I start the full game it will run as expected. If I try to start the
 demo it runs the full game displaying the character select screen rather
 than the demo opening screen.

 If I remove the full game from this folder then the demo runs correctly.
