 No, this problem has not been fixed, and sounds like a regression.

 The regression looks like it was caused when support was added for using
 the InstallerShield cab in The Feeble Files. AGOSEngine::getFileName()
 seems to be using a hard coded filename for the basefile now, and the
 filename for the basefile is only different in the Polish version.
