Comment:

 I'm a bit reluctant to change the save file naming once again. Some people
 already have made saves and I don't want them to have to rename them.

 I agree it's a bit annoying with the CD and DVD saves not being
 compatible. To mitigate the issue, I've made a change so that an explicit
 error message is displayed when loading an incompatible save (commit
 c3bbae0).
