 Also note that if I leave the fullscreen GUI by pressing Alt+Enter instead
 of unchecking the Fullscreen box, the GUI settings get confused and still
 has Fullscreen checked in windowed mode. But this is probably unrelated
 and something that should be reported as a separate issue.
