 Daily builds use an older SDL version (1.2.14). And I used 2.0.4 for my
 tests. I will try to get 2.0.5 to check that this is not an issue
 introduced in that version. If the issue is with the way SDL2 handles
 retina display, it will be difficult for me to take a look.
