 The parrot does not eat the hot mustard chicken when it is in his face,
 and does not reach out of his cage to grab it which is essential to
 getting the titania core.

 1.10.0git-3571-gd5ebd9a Parrot eats hot mustard chicken
 1.10.0git-3707-g6a16dfa Parrot does **not** eat hot mustard chicken
 1.10.0git-4073-g2005ed7 Parrot does **not** eat hot mustard chicken

 He responds correctly when the chicken is cold. Changes brought about by
 #9897.
