 In scummvm and the original engine if you (ask to) eat the child at the
 end then it will increase your spirit and you get a good ending. It plays
 the exact same scene as if you asked to swap places with the child. Is
 there a way to have the boy gets eaten animation play (does that actually
 exist)?

 An alternative version might have his spirit go down, and it could play
 the video of AM sayings he is a heartless animal like it does for when you
 try to eat the mother.
