 If the bomb narrator is doing the countdown and you complete titania then
 after she does her video the narrators audio quality drops way off. His
 voice comes in at random times and then gets cut off and is very sparse.

 Its fine at all periods before this. You can even hear him counting down
 fine while titania is speaking (which is in the original engine).

 This isn't an issue in the original engine.
