 When doing this puzzle you must put the cursor over the letter and then
 move it away to see what the new letter is, I think it would be an
 improvement to make it so the new letter can be seen without having to
 move the mouse/cursor.

 This would have 2 changes.

 1. Remove the hourglass that appears when you click to change the letter
 2. The cursor goes semi transparent when the cursor is hovering over a
 letter. Or just have the cursor be transparent when its anywhere in the
 rectangle part of the screen where the keys are.
