 OS: Ubunu 17.04
 SDL 2.0.5
 scummvm: 1.10.0git-5261-g0e44feadb0

 1. Start scummvm-gui and use options to set it to fullscreen with graphics
 sets to HQ2x, hit apply
 2. Uncheck fullscreen and hit apply
 3. change graphics to normal and hit apply.

 Can't reproduce on win7-64. If you do normal graphics and then HQ2x you
 can get the HQ2x to be shrunken. OpenGL works fine.
