 Hi,

 I got my hands on an used copy of another rare german composer game: Imo
 and the King.

 The german BOOK.INI is a bit different, so it gets not detected by
 ScummVM. The file has a [Credits] section, but the line
 "100=~:\demo\retail2.rsc" is missing. Otherwise it's exactly the same as
 the english BOOK.INI.

 When I place the english BOOK.INI in the game data folder, the game gets
 detected as "Imo and the King (Windows/English)", but plays fine with
 german text and speech.

 Can you please also add this game officially to ScummVM? The MD5 checksum
 for the german BOOK.INI is:

 {"book.ini", 0, "5925c6d4bf85d89b17208be4fcace5e8", 3274}
