 I took the sequence from #10835 and can reproduce it.

 Create a new mage character.
 Set flag 450
     vv g 528 8192
 Learn "Summon Staff" spell.
     send hero learn 32 200
 Teleport to the castle gate room.
     room 600
 Then cast summon staff, followed by trigger on the gate.
