 `INFOBAR.TXT` contains all text used in the sentence bar, amongst other
 things the prepositions used for the verbs `Use (with)` and `Give (to)`.

 The English and Spanish versions contain the prepositions `With`/`Con` in
 capitalized form which is wrong and distracting (the German and French
 versions are OK).

 We should fix this.
