 Hello!

 I just wanted to bring up another great and funny 3rd person "point and
 click" adventure game from 1995, which definitely should be supported by
 ScummVM, since it is not really playable anymore: **Archibald Applebrook's
 Abenteuer**.

 With some tweaking it does run in ''DOSBox'', however loading and saving
 is broken there (meaning you cannot play it through, unless you have very
 much time at hand in one sitting...), and there are some performance lags,
 sometimes jittery audio and occasional game freezes. Not to mention the
 troubles of setting it up to eventually work to that degree in DOSBox.

 Getting the game to run in ScummVM would be an elegant solution, and I
 think it is absolutely worth being added to the list of supported games.

 Since the game is in German only, a few words in this language:

 Liebe Leute, ich fände es toll, diesen Spaß aus meiner Kindheit nochmal
 zocken zu können. Habe viel gelacht damals, aber möchte mir ungern extra
 dafür nochmal einen 486er mit DOS anschaffen...
 Das Spiel hat einen besonderen Humor, schöne Grafiken, lustige Rätsel und
 - wenn es mal in Gang gekommen ist - eine packende Story.
 Ich bin sicher, dass sich viele Leute freuen würden, dieses Spiel ihrer
 Sammlung hinzufügen zu können, und dass es sicher neue Fans gewinnen
 würde.

 Ich weiß nicht, wie groß der Entwicklungsaufwand für eine Unterstützung
 dieses Titels wäre; ich kann mir aber nur schwer vorstellen, dass sie
 dafür eine komplett neue Engine entwickelt haben.

 Vielleicht mag sich ja mal jemand dieses vergessenen Kleinods annehmen,
 und den Aufwand taxieren. Möglicherweise wird ja dann ein Projekt draus.
