Comment:

 Resource leak of standard output and standard error redirection log file
 should be fixed by commit 253e55660100a3d178227d00416844ba3007770b which
 now closes these at exit.

 This _might_ provoke a crash at exit if I have overlooked something about
 how to close the standard output and error cleanly, but I think this
 should be correct.

 Closing as fixed.
