Comment:

 Since this bug occurred in the original game, and can be avoided, am
 reducing priority to normal.

 Am trying to trace what game state is affected when you put the carpet on
 the clothes horse and when you remove it, so I can add a workaround to
 allow you to return the carpet to the clothes horse.
