 When breaking into the Burgomeister's office at night... If you click
 MOUTH on the hero, you can still "Greet Burgomeister" and "Say Goodbye".
 The absent official will respond.

 The generic, "No one seems to be listening," narration would be more
 appropriate. Or a burglary themed one regarding the need for quiet, if
 available.
