Comment (by Vhati):

 Also happens when asking for the "rehydration solution" (available later
 on).

 This savegame throws the same error for all potions, but it's a different
 one from the OP.

 "kAddScreenItem: Plane 0000:0000 not found for screen item 00f2:03a6!"
