 Committed detection entry as 399fa33e47a2c64088787f74e6a8f6a25151b178.

 Note that the STARTREK engine is still unstable and a work in progress.
 Currently only ST 25th Anniversary is playable and tested to any extent.
 Judgement Rites support is intended, but mostly not implemented.

 Closing as fixed.
