 Just noticed that this also happens with the Mountaineer Trainer in
 Rivercity (X=30 Y=30). His skill costs 5000 Gold but he happily gives it
 to everyone who asks without taking any money if the party has less than
 5000. Pretty generous of him but surely not in his best business
 interest... ;-)
